About Bella Creek Farms
Our Background

We began our journey in 2016 with a bred LaMancha doe that was left in our care while her owners relocated. We figured it was just fun goats for the kids to enjoy, but soon our youngest daughter decided it needed to be so much more. We researched and found that the Nubian breed was exactly what we wanted. In 2018 we began our show herd. We were given a generous start from the Buckskin Mountain herd, a doe and her two yearling kids, of course a buck too, and from there our herd grew from three does to 8 does. We thought it was just going to be 4-H shows for the kids, but our tenacious youngsters had other plans. Our first year showing in ADGA was amazing. In 2018 we earned a dry leg on a home grown doe and in 2019 we earned another dry leg on another homebred doe. We were hooked
Later that summer of 2019 we attended ADGA Nationals with encouraging placings. Our journey continues as Hannah has moved on to college and visits home to see her girls on occasion, while Weiland has taken on the herd breeding program and showing. Please continue to follow us and be part of our very adventurous story. We are active ADGA Members and participate in open shows, DHIA and Linear Appraisal .
